For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

“Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Konaseema Ruchulu

“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.

“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.

“Website” refers to konaseemaruchulu.co.in, accessible from https://konaseemaruchulu.co.in

“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Refund:

Your money will be refunded within 7 working days from time of processing the refund. refunded amount will be credited back to the same account/card used to make the purchase. You have to meet the cancellation policy clause for refunds.

Cancellation policy:

Your order can be cancelled before it is dispatched with a small fees charged by payment gateway provider and conversion charges. However, if the order is cancelled after it has been dispatched, a return shipping charge and a 50% restocking fee will be applicable. For orders cancelled before dispatch, there may be a payment gateway fee of 4% & 2% other fees. The payment gateway providers and processing charges may deduct 7-9% of the order value, and the remaining order value will be refunded.
